Arshan has extensive experience counseling start-up and emerging growth companies in a wide array of industries, including biotech and life sciences, technology, craft beverages, and consumer products. His practice focuses on entity formation, corporate governance, angel and venture capital debt and equity financing, technology transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to forming his own law practice, Arshan worked at a litigation law firm in San Diego, California. There, he litigated commercial and securities actions in state and federal courts nationwide involving corporate disclosures, breach of duty, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory violations.
Arshan received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Utah and spent two years researching drug delivery as a graduate student in the department of Bioengineering. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006. During law school, Arshan externed for the Honorable Rudi M. Brewster in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
